Harrow, UK: Microlease, Inc., the leading global test and measurement equipment management company, celebrated today the launch of Keysight Technologies, Inc., formerly Agilent’s Electronic Measurement Business. Microlease, whose global headquarters are in the UK, became the first partner to do business with Keysight in Europe by placing an order for new products for its inventory.

Effective 1 August  2014, Keysight Technologies, Inc. is operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Agilent Technologies, Inc. until the formal separation expected in early November 2014.
